Degraded performance – Recruiting (US)
Resolved - The Recruiting home page analytics widgets have been re-enabled, and all applications are operating normally.

Update - Update: All applications remain fully available and are operating normally.

The analytics widgets on the Recruiting home page remain temporarily disabled. In addition, reporting and analytics data for some customers may be delayed or incomplete while our engineering team completes recovery work on our reporting data pipeline.

Monitoring - Recruiting performance in our US region has been restored, and all applications are operating normally.

Between approximately 1:55 PM and 4:00 PM ET, some customers experienced slow page loads, timeouts or errors in Recruiting, and some customers experienced slow sign-in to Onboarding.

To keep service stable, the analytics widgets on the Recruiting home page have been temporarily disabled. All other Recruiting functionality is available. Reporting and analytics data may also be delayed while our team completes recovery work.

We will restore the home page analytics once recovery is complete and will post an update at that time.

Identified - Starting at approximately 1:55 PM ET, some customers using Recruiting in our US region are experiencing slow page loads, timeouts or errors, particularly when loading the Recruiting home page.

Our team has identified the likely cause and is actively working to restore normal service. We will provide an update within 30 minutes or sooner as more information becomes available.
