Rival will be performing scheduled maintenance on Saturday, April 11, 2026 between 06:00 AM and 08:00 AM EDT on the SFTP infrastructure supporting CA Production file transfers. This essential work should be completed within our standard window.

During the maintenance, the SFTP service will be temporarily unavailable. File transfers will resume once the work is complete. Organizations with scheduled or automated file transfers should plan accordingly for a brief interruption during this period.
